Hi! I'm Melissa. A mom of two incredible kids, a wife and a documentary style photographer in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I love to tell stories and to capture the moments that reflect your story the best. I focus on the portrait, but the candid, fun and authentic moments are what I strive to capture. I will work with you to create a story that you want to tell, whatever the event or occasion, big or small. I typically focus on couples, families, small businesses & commercial photography, branding, weddings and elopements. I am always open to try new endeavours and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I also love to explore new locations, terrains and venues to create the perfect mood and backdrop for your story.
